1. What’s your MOQ?/ Could you accept small orders?
a: For items in stock, We accept order like 2pcs.
b: For OEM order (customize logo ect.), According to the different items have different MOQ. Generally each item each color can not less than 500pcs.
2. What's the delivery time ?
a: For items in stock , after you confirm and make payment , 3~5 days we can delivery
b: For OEM orders, based items which you choose , lead time from 30~ 60 days .
3. What is the payment method ?
We prefer you use Trade Assurance. Other method is also ok, paypal, western union etc.
4. What’s your payment terms?
payment 100% in advance.
5. How to arrange delivery ?
If you have agent in china, after payment we will delivery cargo to your agent.
If you have no agent in china ,after you confirm the final order, we will check the shipping details and cost for you.
6. How about your products quality ?
a: All our sports watches are waterproof, 100% test by machine
b: For OEM products, we can proudce acccording to you requirment etc. You can let the third party to test products whether we produced as your requirments.
7. Could I get some samples before make order ?
Yes. Samples can be arranged for you to check about the quality. Please kindly contact us for details.
8. How about your waterproof ?
For no waterproof, can not touch any water.
For 3ATM (30 meters water proof watch)
Can wear it to washing hands/face,washing car,swimming,diving in shoal waters, can splash the rain.
Cannot operation any button or crown in the water.
Cannot contact detergents and other chemicals.
Use clear water clean the watch to avoid chemical residue erosion watches after contact with seawater.
Try your best to avoid watch touch with water to protect your watch well.
